Hey there, I’m Ralyn — stylist, salon owner, and unapologetic beauty industry lifer. I’ve been behind the chair for 27 years, and yes, I still love it. I’m a 5th-generation Wyoming native, raised in Jackson and basically raised in a salon (shoutout to Grandma). I eventually made my way to Cheyenne — because, let’s be honest, Jackson’s millionaire club forgot to send me an invite — In Cheyenne, I trained at Cheeks International and graduated in 1999. Bold, healthy, head-turning hair is what I do best. I specialize in customized color services designed to fit your lifestyle, your vibe, and your hair’s long-term health. Due to high demand, I am not accepting new haircut only clients, as I am shifting my focus to my specialty services. Haircuts are available for existing guests and for anyone booking a color, keratin, perm or extension service — because with any specialty service, a cut is part of the transformation. I use Salon Scale to measure exactly how much product I use during every chemical service, so you’re never guessing where your money goes. Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment, you agree to the following policies.
BOOKING FEE:
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance but are applied towards your future appointment. By placing your card on file you will forfeit all rights to dispute any no show or late cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment is important to me. It is a specific day and time, reserved especially for you.
Please put your appointment in your calendar. A confirmation request will be sent 72 hours prior, and a reminder is sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment to give you plenty of advanced notice.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: *I require a notice of at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to future appointments. If you no call/ no show for your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and will not be able to book again.
LATE POLICY: I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you are subject to being rescheduled to a different day and charged a non-refundable late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. This fee will not be applied towards future services. Please text me if you are running late. 307.631.3599
ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I’m very passionate about the hair I create, and I stand by my work. I do not refund any hair service; I only make adjustments (within reason). In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your hair service, let me know asap. You have 7 days from the original appointment to make adjustments without being charged for another service. No exceptions to any of these policies. Thank you for your continued support.
