Hi there! Let me introduce myself, I'm Ralyn, a 25-year veteran of the beauty industry. I'm a 5th generation wyoming native. I grew up in Jackson and spent a lot of time in my grandmother's salon as a kid. Due to the fact I'm not a millionaire, I had to move. I attended Cheeks International here in Cheyenne. I've taken countless advanced education classes from cutting to color and beyond. In March of 2023, I was voted one of Cheyenne's top 3 stylists for weddings. I offer a variety of services from precision hair cuts, mens and women's hair replacement, facial waxing , perms , custom color, natural hair and dread lock extensions, and more. At Twisted Beauty, establishing trust with my clients is important. I provide transparent pricing for all chemical services using the Salon Scale program. In utilizing this, I'm able to determine exactly how much product I use on each client. This helps you to understand exactly what you're being charged for. Each individuals pricing may vary based on product used. I'm certified as a color master and Balayage specialist through Masters of Balayage or M.O.B. 11/2023 Certified through NSG hair for non- surgical hair grafting and replacement. 12/23 Certified extension specialist through Babe , micro strands, and dreamcatchers hair extensions. 05/13. Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment, you agree to the following policies.
BOOKING FEE:
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance but are applied towards your future appointment. By placing your card on file you will forfeit all rights to dispute any no show or late cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointment is important to me. It is a specific day and time, reserved especially for you.
Please put your appointment in your calendar. A confirmation request will be sent 72 hours prior, and a reminder is sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment to give you plenty of advanced notice.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: *I require a notice of at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to future appointments. If you no call/ no show for your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and will not be able to book again.
LATE POLICY: I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you are subject to being rescheduled to a different day and charged a non-refundable late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. This fee will not be applied towards future services. Please text me if you are running late. 307.631.3599
ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I’m very passionate about the hair I create, and I stand by my work. I do not refund any hair service; I only make adjustments (within reason). In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your hair service, let me know asap. You have 7 days from the original appointment to make adjustments without being charged for another service. No exceptions to any of these policies. Thank you for your continued support.
